We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Scandinavia takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery usually arrives within 7-10 business days.
What is your return policy for outdoor apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers must be in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.
How do I care for my Nordisk waterproof jacket?
To maintain the integrity of the DWR coating, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with a technical detergent. Tumble dry on low heat for 20 minutes to reactivate the water-repellent finish.
Do you offer a warranty on your performance gear?
Yes, all Nordisk Outdoor products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from extreme use.
